Pat & Jim test everything themselves before sending out to ensure their units are running how they should be so as you can get the most economic and best cooking experience every time. They have been cooking on big smokers for years and it's through this experience, you can rest assured that your unit is perfect. Highly recommended

The best bbq’s around. I bought the barrel, double barrel and Santa Maria over last several years and all of them are excellent machines that can be used from anyone’s backyard to fully commercial operation. I am really impressed with the knowledge of Pat and Jim in all aspect of bbq from fabricating to cooking and their coaching as after sales service. I attended the smokin soul course and this is a must for anyone who is serious about their bbq as the amount of information given in one weekend equals years of trial and errors and enhances the whole cooking experience. I have been fortunate enough to have attended one of the Smokin' Soul Bbq courses after I met Pat and Jim at The Big Grill festival. The knowledge imparted by the lads through multiple fire based techniques in the most relaxed and fun atmosphere spurred on my passion for Bbq. I am now the proud owner of the Everything model Bbq. It is a joy to cook with. Temperature control and heat retention are easily achieved and the versatility of the Bbq is unreal. I am still marvelling at the workmanship and finish on this build. To end, once you know these guys you are among their Bbq family and Pat and Jim are there to answer any queries regarding Bbq food, techniques and builds.

The lads are a wealth of knowledge for all things BBQ/Smoking and anyone, whether looking to get started or even experienced grillers would benefit and enjoy their Weekend courses. I also purchased one of their handmade BBQ Smokers and of all my BBQs is my fav to cook on and consistently delivers the best results. I'm always firing over questions to Pat and Jim, who are always on hand to give advice and happy to share their knowledge. Couldn't recommend enough.

Pat and Jim have an incredible knowledge of their craft building amazing bbq's and smokers. I have used their grills at festivals and can say these guys where amazing to work with and their grills and are second to none. Always on the other end of the phone for advice, I look forward to using these guys again. I bought one of their bbq smokers for home and havent stopped using it all year round.
