Pat Conway

Pat has a background in Agriculture and Construction, Pat has held positions with multinational companies as a supervisor and operations manager. Pat completed a Higher National Diploma in Agriculture in 2001. Pat has a working knowledge of Agriculture having grown up on a farm and continues to have an interest in developing this into part of the business. Pat has worked all over Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East. As a Supervisor and Operations Manager he was responsible for organising logistics, labour and materials for the projects. All aspects of health and safety and scheduled completion dates were in his remit. During Pats time abroad he has worked on contracts such as Anerobic Digetsers, Newmount Zarafshan Joint Venture Goldmine, Meccah Medina High Speed Rail Network and the 2012 London Olympic M25 Drainage Upgrade.

Jim O’Brien

Jim has a background in Construction and Culinary Hospitality. Jim has held a position as Chef in Bistro Pubs in London for four years and is a fully qualified carpenter. As a chef Jim would be responsible for preparation for service, monitoring and ensuring food hygiene compliance, ordering of fresh produce and delivering high quality service to customers. During his career as carpenter he has been the site manager for the companies he has worked for. Jim has run many lucrative projects in such places as Covent Garden, The Royal Albert Hall, Downing Street and Whitehall. His position required him to deal with English Heritage Conservation Officers, Project Managers and deal directly with clients and manage the day to day operations of site labour, schedules of work and the logistics of the contract.
